Here's one physical fitness program that packs a lot of punch!

The Metro Fitness Boxing Pack is an interval training program incorporating the sport-specific techniques used in boxing to provide a high level of condition for both the aerobic and anaerobic systems of the body. Boxing Pack is a non-contact workout that captures the excitement of boxing through floor movement, coordination drills and technique work all set to music to motivate and stimulate participants throughout the class. Footwork, punching, rope jumping, punch mitts and heavy bags are incorporated and used in the class.
