M28: Not another transformation challenge
With so many gyms jumping on the "transformation" bus, it's confusing for people to understand just what makes a good 4,6 or 8 week program. Many participants end up injured, frustrated and nutritionally deprived. We know because we meet several every cycle who have experienced a crazy program that never take into consideration a persons health history, injury status or dietary habits; they just push everyone through the exact same routine!
That said, there are a lot of good reasons we want to achieve success with a body transformation. No matter how necessary or possibly even life-threatening your reasons are, MOST will fail in the long run. The problem is that a body transformation takes more than a momentary spark of motivation. They take months and years of consistency, and as much as your trainer, doctor, or significant other tries to romanticize diet and exercise, most people will end up hating both. It's our firm belief that a successful body transformation program acts as a "springboard" to launch a set of healthy behaviors that you are coached on sustaining well beyond the 4, 6 or 8 weeks.
