Give us 30 to 60 minutes a few days each week – and we’ll design a custom exercise program just for you, based on your goals, and rich with motivation, guidance and education.

Personal training is for you if you are:

  • A beginner, intimidated by weight equipment and unsure of correct exercise techniques
  • Experienced and training hard but not getting the results you’re looking for

Choose the program that fits you

Our personal training plans are customized to your needs. We offer 30-minute or 1-hour individual or semi-private sessions shared with up to four other individuals. We have plans based on volume commitments of 10 to 75 sessions, with discounts for larger purchases. And we even offer monthly plans that allow you to commit to a fixed
budget.

  • Choose from 3, 6 or 12-month personal training programs – with 4, 8 or 12 sessions per month
  • Choose one-on-one single sessions – in 20 or 50-session packages
  • Choose one-on-two single sessions – also in 20 or 50-sessions packages
